About the VA Pickleball Classic
Sample of prizes give away at this event
Simply by registering you get a raffle ticket. Then ever time you win a match you get an additional raffle ticket. All prizes will be drawn on Sunday at the end of the tournament. Products included from JOOLA, Engage, Gearbox, Franklin, A11N and more.

Virginia Pickleball
This tournament includes a swag bag with lots of goodies including raffle tickets for the many give aways. Also, each time you win a match, you get additional raffle tickets

Open Events
Each full open event will share in the winning of the prize monies of $30,000. At least
7 teams / singles must be participating to win prize monies. Otherwise, players will
be moved to the highest regular level of play and the event fees will be adjusted.

Directions
Pouncey Tract has limited parking and the police enforce any illegal parking. Please use Short Pump Middle School for overflow parking.
Sanctioning
The tournament is USAPA sanctioned, however, scores will be uploaded to the UTPR by Pickleball Brackets. All scores will be uploaded to Dupr daily. Some the same day!
Facilities
The event will be outdoors on these dedicated pickleball courts. We currently have 44 courts for this tournament. We have multiple Vaptr's for drying the courts if needed.
Hotels and Campgrounds
There are no official hotels, use an online program for the best deal.
Safety Procedures
We take your safety seriously! There is plenty of room to spread out. All precautions are taken as needed. There is an AED onsite, and the registration area has medical supplies.
Other Information
Balls - We will be using the Dura 40 outdoor ball for all matches (subject to change).
Contest - Just for registering you get a raffle ticket. Every match you win, you get an additional ticket. Volunteer and get a raffle ticket for every hour you help. Enter to win one of the many paddles and accessories.
